Here at Holmes Hill Furniture we have a preferred list of suppliers that were are happy with the quality of products, speed of delivery, back up service in the unlikely event of problems and variety of products. We also have to consider in the current climate whether the company is strong enough to survive this recession. Its pointless us marketing, displaying and selling a line of furniture if the company looks like its not going to be around. When Pinetum went bust recently we had already made the painful decision to terminate our supply contract as the poor quality was damaging our good name. Our biggest supplier is Devonshire Pine who has a great credit rating, good product range of quality items and amazing delivery. We have gone from nothing to be there 7th biggest customer in the UK in less than three years and even now when times are hard our order rate is still increasing. We run their Now Oak, Home Office, Chunky Pine, Badger Pine, Tarka Pine, Rustic Oak and Versailles Oak ranges. TCH Furniture who supplies our Windsor, Merlot and Bonaparte range from Lithuania also produces good quality ranges that tick all the right boxes. There Windsor range is the leader in the field of oak tables and chairs. Corndell Furniture is probably the largest and best-known real wood furniture company in the UK. We currently run their Country oak, Nimbus Oak, and Helix ranges. Charltons furniture supply our Bretagne , Fairbank and Lilli Ranges. MTE Furniture from Belguim supplies our Vigo, Faro, Leon and Bari Oak Ranges. They make a good quality product with exceptional designs not seen since Multi Collection was around. Carnac Furniture and Ariege are both French Oak suppliers of good quality high end distressed looking furniture. Although they both suffer from long delivery times, this is inevitable when each piece is individually made to such high quality. All of the suppliers above are well represented in our store and we must emphasize it is so important to come down and see the furniture and us in person to appreciate the quality of both.
