Holmes Hill Furniture have on display the largest selection of Real Wood furniture in the East Sussex and unlike other websites we have most of the Ranges we feature on our websites on display in our store. Despite the many items we have on our website we still have even more on display in our showroom. Selling all types of wooden furniture including Oak, Pine and Rustic finishes from most of the major suppliers of furniture including Corndell , AJ Charlton’s, Ariege, Carnac, Devonshire Pine, Clemence Richard and much more. Whether it is a chest of drawers, a wardrobe or a bedroom set, we have a large selection of bedroom Furniture on display. We also have a large selection of Dining room furniture including tables, chairs, dressers and sideboards next to our Living room ranges which include TV units, Hi Fi Units, Coffee tables, Nest of Tables, Mirrors, Console Tables and Bookcases. Our ranges start from our budget range of pine furniture to our High end Solid French Oak furniture including our Pierson Furniture replacement, Carnac Furniture We also offer Price Matching in the unlikely event that we have not quoted the lowest price you can find. This gives you the added guarantee that you are paying the lowest price with the best service available. We are based on our own estate 30 miles from the M25 and deliver to Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London, Hampshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Middlesex and Berkshire and delivery is by our own transport, which virtually eliminates damages. To make your visit to our estate more enjoyable we have opened a pottery painting studio for grown ups and children alike to paint pottery. We not only retail furniture, we also manufacture some lines in our own on site factory. Having the factory on site also gives us the added advantage of being able to offer customer bespoke finishing of certain lines of furniture. Because of this we are able to offer any colour of wax finish including clear, antique, repro wax and stripped pine wax. Bear in mind with wax furniture that wax dries out and all items need re waxing every six months. The wood is like your own skin that needs a moisturiser otherwise it dries out and splits. In the lacquer finish we can virtually offer any colour you like. The process of lacquer spraying is done by applying the stain colour required first then spraying a coat of sanding sealer, followed by a coat of lacquer. This seals the furniture enabling it to be just dusted down with a duster without any further maintenance required.
