We are only 45 minutes from the M25 (Junction 6),20 minutes
from Brighton,1 hour from Guildford,1 hour from Croydon and
1 hour from the Dartford tunnel.
We are actually on the main A22 between Eastbourne and Uckfield.
Look for us on the right hand side if your heading towards
Eastbourne and the left hand side if you are heading north
towards Uckfield.
If you are coming as a family we have anl
inside and outside play area and an onsite Tea Room where you can get
cooked food and drinks which makes for a perfect day out.
We have our own Free car park for over 50 cars. The On site
Pottery Painting Studio is also now open where children can
Paint pottery leaving you time to explore our furniture at
