The service from Holmes Hill was exceptional but it was a shame it was not matched by Pinetum. The furniture came in awful and was only rectified by the helpful staff from Holmes Hill and the four service visits to rectify the faults including one service visit on a bank holiday when the owner came out himself to sort a problem out with two hours notice. It really helped to have brought from a company that cares about its customers unlike Pinetum who did not even reply to my letter of complaint to them. In the end i sent all the furniture back which Holmes Hill advised me to do and i replaced it with their Solid Oak Range which i am more than happy with. I don't think any other online company would have given the same service and would advise anyone to stay away from Pinetum and always buy from a local company that offers a Price Match and gives excellant service like Holmes Hill.
