Holmes Hill Furniture was opened on 11th Sept 04 and in that short time has become the largest Real Wood Furniture shop in the area.
No one in the South East carries the amount of stock and has such a varied range on display that we do.
The shop was opened as a partnership between Jeanett McFagan and Robert McFagan who have over 40 years experience between them in the furniture trade. In May 2011 Jeanett took over the whole company as she was the driving force behind retailing and Robert Mcfagan left to focus on manufacturing and design work.
Personal service is so important to the company and is regarded as a cornerstone of the business. When you go to shop at one of the large national retailers more often than not you end up with inexperienced sales staff selling you an overpriced product with poor delivery. When things go wrong you end up speaking to a premium phone number and have to wait for another four weeks to sort out if ever. Here at  Holmes Hill if we have a problem it is usually sorted out within a couple of days if not the same day. If we let you down on delivery we will lend you furniture to keep you going and we give you a price match promise to guarantee you great prices.
All this has kept our growth rate at over 30% per year since we started as Polegate Pine over 8 years ago.
